Create dots similar to the ones in Press Here out of red, yellow and blue paper. Let the students sort them by color. When you are finished sorting, let them choose which color they like the best and pick up that color dot. Make a graph, and graph the responses.

Sunflower Grow
1. Let's grow a sunflower! Press a seed into the ground.
2. Tilt the book to the left to water the ground.
3. A sprout! Hooray! Blow on the page to bring in a few clouds.
4. The sprout needs rain. Tap the
pages with your fingers.
5. Look, the flower is growing! Touch the yellow dot to make the sun shine bright.
6. Wow! The sunflower sure is tall. Touch the middle to help it grow some petals.
7. What a big flower. Look at all those seeds! Thanks for helping the sun-flower GROW!
