• Allegheny County Department of Human Services: Older Adults
  The Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging (ACAAA) offers programs and services for older adults ranging from the more independent to those who are frail and require assistance to remain at home.
• Asbury Heights/United Methodist Services for the Aging
  Asbury Heights is a faith-based, non-profit comprehensive retirement community located in Mt. Lebanon.
• Baptist Homes of Western Pennsylvania
  offers skilled and intermediate nursing care for health care, residential, and supportive services to over 300 on the Mt. Lebanon campus and within the community.
• Catholic Charities: Senior Services
  Provides a number of resources for seniors in the Catholic tradition of caring and compassion.
• Concordia Lutheran Ministries
  A senior care provider in Western Pennsylvania that offers adult day services, assisted living, home care, hospice services, medical services, rehabilitation services, retirement living, skilled nursing, and tele-caregivers.
• Eastern Area Adult Services
  Serving the eastern part of Allegheny County, Eastern Area Adult Services provides support to older people and caregivers in the city of Pittsburgh and 30 surrounding communities.
• Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers of Southwestern Pennsylvania
  Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers (IVC) of Southwestern PA is a nonsectarian network of 45 diverse religious congregations throughout Allegheny County whose volunteers are recruited, trained, mobilized and supported to assist the vulnerable and frail elderly in their neighborhoods with many of the tasks of daily living.

  Through its 78 affiliated kitchens, Lutheran Service Society is the largest single provider of Meals On Wheels in southwestern Pennsylvania, serving 2.2 million individual meals to over 8,000 recipients each year.
